-If you would like to make a return, we have now included a returns form on the back page of our info booklet that was included in your package.
You can fill this in and include this with your return.
-You may return all items, for a refund or exchange, depending on the circumstances mentioned in our policy.
If you have misplaced your form, just include a note with your return including:

-We can not accept returns on earrings that have been tried on, unless your earrings are faulty. You can read more about this in our policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days. Please see photos and read item descriptions carefully for details on sizing and specifications. We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds..
We replace all items if they are defective or damaged. If your purchased item was a one and only then a exchange or refund will be offered.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you decide to return any items they must be packaged exactly how they arrived, wrapped and unworn to qualify for an exchange or refund..It must be sent back correctly packaged, just like when it arrived to you, packaged securely inside the gift box. If the item is damaged during transit because it was not packaged correctly, your refund may be rejected.
We do not offer change of mind refunds on Promotional items (promo code used) Exchanges or store credit's are welcome on these items.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) or rejected.
- Any item not in its original condition and original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund, replacement or store credit.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
RETURNING EARRINGS- we don’t offer change of mind returns on earrings that have been opened and tried on due to hygienic reasons. We only offer refunds or returns on earrings if they are faulty or damaged in any way, or that have not be unwrapped or touched, so please read earrings descriptions carefully.
We will refund any postage costs paid for any faulty items but do not refund postage costs for postage for change of mind returns/refunds..
This means if you have decided to return an item and it is not faulty, you will not be credited any shipping amounts paid..
We do however offer free return shipping, when we post back your exchanged products to your chosen address. Our customers however will need to cover the cost of shipping when sending the package back to us, but will not be charged any more shipping costs after this.
We are here to help resolve any issues or answer any questions.. Please contact us if you are unsure. Your return may still be eligible in certain circumstances, even if it goes against the policy. We understand each individual circumstance is unique and serving you is our priority.
