ACCURACY OF INFORMATION & PRODUCTS

As Natural Gemstones and handmade items are sold on this website, it is impossible to have mm perfect accuracy on the sizes of these items as no two gems are 100% the same. Please allow 1-5mm discrepancy for these items. If the information made available on this site is not mm accurate to the item received, you have understood that our jewellery is made around the gem, and the gem is not made to fit the jewellery, like artificial gems are. You also understand that handmade jewellery does not have the same size accuracy as casted/manufactured jewellery with lab created gems. We do our best to describe the size variation, so please read the descriptions carefully. 

We provide information about our sterling silver, gold vermeil and gemstone jewellery in our main menu, only to assist further with this understanding, but this is not the only information that should be relied upon when purchasing products from us.

The understanding of the product, whether it be gemstone type or variant, what sterling silver is, or what gold plating or gold vermeil is, and how long these products will last, or how they will appear, is the responsibility of the buyer, before making a purchase. 

It is also the buyers responsibilty to understand how to care for their products as described in our “Caring for your jewellery” page in our main menu. Refunds will not be granted if these advisory measures have been neglected, or if it is evident to us that these measures have been neglected.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your phone or computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk and understanding of the product itself is the responsibility of the purchaser. The information on our products is provided to the best of our knowledge and understanding and may be subject to change. 

The material on our description pages is described to the best of our ability and understanding.
This should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without understanding the nature of the items you are purchasing.
