Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. We do Not offer change of mind returns on Sale Items.

Rings That Just DONT Fit

If you purchased a ring following the ring chart guidelines, and it turns out it really just does not fit, we will offer exchange or store credit so you can find that perfect fit. Contact is for more details on returning rings.

We will Refund or Replace any faulty items 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

RETURNING EARRINGS- we don’t offer change of mind returns on earrings due to hygienic reasons. We only offer refunds or returns on earrings if they are faulty or damaged in any way. 
If you receive earrings and you feel they are not as  you imagined or described, you are welcome to return them as long as you have not tried them on or handled the ear post, hook or hoop that has contact with the ears. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, replacement or store credit.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges 
We replace all items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lbdjewellery@icloud.com and send your item to: Laihas Bohemian Dreaming, 22a Jones Ave, Primbee, NSW 2502 Australia.
